BEAGLE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Platform is a facilitator between Customers, Suppliers and collects facilitation fees after completion of service/work/product purchase. The transactions are classified as Booking Amount or Purchase amount. The booking amount  which 10% and it is refundable if the booking is cancelled within first 24 hours. Thr purchase amount which is usually 50% of the quoted amount or an invoice amount is not refundable. Once the GST invoice is generated the transaction is non refundable even if it is partially paid or fully paid advance for the purchase.

We also do not offer cancellation for any of our services/work/product/supply once service/work/product has commenced.
Therefore, Payments made to us at any stage beyond booking advance of 10% for availing our services/work/product shall not be refundable under any circumstances. Refund of the booking amount within 24 hours is subject to deduction of any charges charged by the payment gateway.

Our services/work/product/supply are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. For a Damaged, Defective, Wrong or expired services/work/product/supply, you can request on below contact details within 24 hours of delivery, and we will review and process within 5 - 7 working days.
